Weight Management assistance is now being treated at our medical spa by Theresa J. “T.J.” Moix, APRN. Conway Med Spa is located at 2425 Dave Ward Drive Suite 102, Conway, AR 72032. And can be reached at 501-932-0936.

We provide medically supervised weight management for patients who qualify. To be eligible, a person must meet the Basal Metabolic Index (BMI) requirements as instituted by the Surgeon General. An initial consultation is required including a detained medical history. Initial Consultations are $150.

Once the criteria is met and the patient’s medical history allows, follow-up visits are once monthly or variable depending on medicine prescribed to assess progress and monitor blood pressure. Conway Med Spa does not file insurance for these visits. Follow-up visits are $75
