Dr. Debra Lawrence opened her practice in Conway in 2000. She received a Bachelor of Science degree from Southwestern Oklahoma State University followed by receiving her doctorate degree at Oklahoma University Health Science Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She then completed her OB/GYN residency at the University of Tennessee in Memphis. She has enjoyed caring for women in Conway and surrounding areas as a board certified Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Lawrence specializes in general obstetrics as well as high risk and complicated pregnancies. She enjoys taking care of her “momma’s and babies” as you will hear her say. As a “40 something” year old, she feels she understands women’s issues and wants to develop a relationship with her patients that includes trust, faith, and health. Dr. Lawrence enjoys helping women with problems including birth control, infertility, bladder leakage, pelvic pain, hormone imbalances and performs the latest technology in gynecology surgery including in office ablations, tubal interruptions as well as bladder slings and robotic hysterectomy surgery.
Dr. Lawrence is active in the community. She currently serves as the medical director of Life Choices, a pregnancy crisis center. She has a heart for women struggling with decisions regarding unplanned pregnancies. She and her family attend Second Baptist Church in Conway. She has two children, Carly and Wyatt. She enjoys living in Arkansas and truly feels practicing OB/GYN is God’s will for her life.
