Theresa J. “TJ” Moix, APRN

TJ has always had a passion for the health and wellness of women. She graduated with her Bachelors of Science degree in Nursing from UCA in 1987. Furthering her education, she earned a Master of Nursing Science Degree at UAMS in 1999, with a specialty in Women’s Health. TJ joined Conway Women’s Health in 2006 and was instrumental in opening their medical spa, Cosmetic Laser Solutions, in 2007.

She also has advanced training and experience in hormone balancing, colposcopy, weight management, laser procedures and administration of injectables. She has a supportive husband, Bubba, of 23 years who is a fireman in Russellville and three wonderful children. Tucker, Jessie and Heather. TJ is an active member of St Joseph Catholic Church and volunteers through their athletic programs and annual Bazaar. Above all, she strives to keep a balance between God, family and work.

Heather A. White, APN

Heather White, APN began her nurse practitioner career specializing in women’s health care in 2007 at Conway Women’s Health Center. Prior to that, she worked as an RN in labor and delivery at Conway Regional. She then moved to Conway Women’s Health Center in 2003 and worked as an RN while continuing her education in nurse practitioner school. Her nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner degrees were obtained from the University of Central Arkansas. Heather has continued her education by attending post graduate education in colposcopy and ultrasound training. She has also attended a 3D/4D ultrasound course and is now performing 3D/4D ultrasounds for patients. 

Heather enjoys precepting nursing and nurse practitioner students in order to help further their education. Heather loves treating and caring for women through all stages of life- young girls to mature women. Outside of work, Heather’s most favorite thing is spending time with her family. She also enjoys fishing, reading, traveling, and cooking. Heather is a member of Woodland Heights Baptist Church. Conway has been her lifelong home. She lives with her husband, Chad, and their two children, son Briggs and daughter Bryar.

Tracy Walters, LMT/Medical Aesthetician

Tracy Walters is a licensed massage therapist and has practiced in Central Arkansas for over 25 years. Since receiving her license in 1991, she has gone on to receive over 20 certifications in her field. She began her career focusing on traditional Swedish Massage and Sports Massage techniques. 

In more recent years, she has also studied and gained certification in Prenatal Massage and the use of aromatherapy in massage. As a part of the Conway Women's Med Spa team, she hopes that her experience and training will continue to be of benefit to the health and well-being of men and women in Central Arkansas. Outside of massage, Tracy is also a licensed contractor and enjoys designing and building houses with her husband, Bobby. However, her favorite title is “Nana,” as she enjoys nothing more than spending time with her five grandchildren.
